• Quality assurance services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you represent and warrant that:

• You have legal rights to all content submitted for annotation
• All content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• No content involves minors or illegal activities
• You will maintain confidentiality of our processes and methods
• Payment obligations will be met according to agreed terms

• All data is processed in secure, encrypted environments
• No data retention after project completion unless agreed
• Immediate data deletion upon request
• No unauthorized access or distribution
• Compliance with international data protection laws

6. Quality Standards

We guarantee:

• 99.9% annotation accuracy
• Delivery within agreed timelines
• Multi-stage quality control
• Free corrections for any errors
• Consistent labeling standards

7. Payment Terms

• Pricing as per agreed quote or subscription plan
• Monthly subscriptions billed in advance
• Project-based work: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
• Net 30 payment terms for enterprise clients
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest

8. Liability Limitations

XANNOTATION's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for subscriptions
• Immediately for breach of terms
• Upon project completion for one-time services
• All data will be deleted within 7 days of termination

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by international commercial law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to existing clients. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
