Our Role and Compliance

As a service provider that handles adult content for annotation purposes:

• We do not create or produce adult content
• We do not maintain 2257 records as we are not a producer
• We require all clients to warrant their content compliance
• We only process content that clients confirm is legally compliant

Client Requirements

All clients submitting adult content for annotation must:

• Maintain their own 2257 compliance records
• Warrant that all content involves only adults (18+)
• Confirm legal ownership or licensing rights
• Ensure content was produced in compliance with all applicable laws
• Provide compliance documentation upon request

Our Verification Process

Prohibited Content

We absolutely do not annotate or process:

• Any content involving minors
• Non-consensual content
• Illegal content of any kind
• Content without proper 2257 documentation
• Deepfakes or synthetic content of real individuals without consent

Legal Framework

Our compliance framework includes:

• Adherence to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requirements as applicable
• Compliance with international age verification standards
• Regular legal review of our processes
• Immediate response to legal inquiries
• Transparent cooperation with regulatory bodies

Record Inspection

While we do not maintain 2257 records as a service provider, we maintain comprehensive records of our client agreements, compliance certifications, and project documentation. These records are available for lawful inspection as required.
